study abroad
Psychology students can study abroad for a semester. So, if your heart is set on studying at partner universities in Boston, Sydney, Sao Paulo, Florence or Oslo, go ahead; it will give you another unique and unforgettable experience! It also improves your chances on the job market.
Leiden University has many exchange programmes with foreign universities in which important matters such as tuition fees, supervision and recognition of credits are already taken care of. This saves you time and money. Psychology master students can use the existing agreements to take courses abroad. These courses are extracurricular (you can't fill your elective space with courses abroad) and therefore, your master programme will take more than one year. You are allowed to do an internship or your thesis abroad.
